2. Website Role
Junk Takers for Neighbors is a quote-request and provider-routing website. The website helps visitors submit information about potential junk pickup jobs and may route those requests to an independent junk removal provider for review and follow-up.
Junk Takers for Neighbors does not currently operate as a junk removal company. We do not own or dispatch junk removal trucks, employ junk removal crews, perform hauling services, guarantee pickup, or directly provide junk removal services.
Independent providers are responsible for reviewing requests, confirming pricing, confirming availability, determining whether items are accepted, performing any agreed services, and handling payment terms directly with the customer.
3. No Guaranteed Quote
Any estimate, price range, explanation, or quote-related output shown on the website is a planning estimate only.
Planning estimates are not guaranteed prices, not binding quotes, and not service commitments. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, item weight, stairs, elevator access, parking, carry distance, disposal fees, labor time, provider review, accepted items, timing, location, and other job-specific factors.
Final pricing must be confirmed directly by the provider before pickup.
4. No Guaranteed Service Availability
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee provider availability, same-day service, pickup at any specific time, acceptance of any specific item, final price, provider response, or completion of service.
A provider may decline a request for any lawful reason, including location, timing, item type, safety concerns, access issues, job size, or availability.
5. Provider Routing
When you submit a quote request, we may route your request to one independent provider at a time for review and follow-up.
The provider may contact you using the contact information you submit. The provider is independent and is not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Junk Takers for Neighbors.
You are responsible for deciding whether to hire any provider.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request.
You should not submit requests involving hazardous waste, biohazards, medical waste, chemicals, explosives, illegal items, emergency situations, unsafe access conditions, or items requiring specialized handling unless clearly disclosed.
You are responsible for confirming directly with the provider whether your items can be accepted.
7. Local-Only Photo and File Previews
The website may allow you to preview selected photos or files locally in your browser to help you describe your job.
These selected files are not uploaded or submitted through the current website form. Junk Takers for Neighbors and providers do not receive the actual files through the website. The form may only record limited upload-related information, such as upload count or upload note.
A provider may later ask you to send photos directly.
8. Contact Consent
By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you authorize Junk Takers for Neighbors and the independent provider assigned to your request to contact you about your submitted request by phone, text message, or email.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying "STOP" where available, or by telling us or the provider that you no longer want to be contacted.
Consent is not a guarantee that a provider will contact you or provide service.
9. Independent Provider Responsibility
Independent providers are solely responsible for service performance, pricing and payment terms, scheduling, accepted and rejected items, licensing and insurance representations, disposal, recycling, donation, or hauling practices, employee, contractor, vehicle, and safety practices, customer communications after routing, and compliance with applicable laws.
Junk Takers for Neighbors is not responsible for a provider's acts, omissions, pricing, service quality, availability, property damage, delays, communications, or legal compliance.
10. No Endorsement or Guarantee
Routing a request to a provider does not mean Junk Takers for Neighbors guarantees, endorses, warrants, or certifies that provider's services, credentials, pricing, licensing, insurance, reviews, or performance.
Any provider claims should be verified directly with the provider.
11. Website Content
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. We may update, change, suspend, or remove website content or features at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use the website to submit false or misleading information, interfere with website security or functionality, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, use the site for spam, fraud, scraping, or abusive activity, submit unlawful, unsafe, or deceptive requests, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the website will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid directly to Junk Takers for Neighbors for use of the website, whichever is greater.
14. No Warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junk Takers for Neighbors from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate submissions, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
